Olive Oil & Balsamic
Viola is located in Foligno, Italy. Marco Viola is the owner of this wonderful Olive Oil producing company. Marco has consistently won honors for his olive oil, not only in Italy consistently, but from around the world. Lungarotti is located in Torgiano Italy. Lungarotti has also won honors throughout all of Italy for their incredible oils. Their Balsamic Sauce is truly the best Balsamic that I have every tasted. Since the Balsamic is not produced in Modena Italy, they cannot call it Balsamic Vinegar, thus Balsamic Sauce. We are proud to bring both of these incredible producers products to the United States.
